Here is my story, lol
I have a very good adult site in Portuguese. We are top ranked and doing well in Brazil. The US side of it is not so good. I am thinking about repackaging what I have as a new site for the US market. I have a good team in place here to get the tech stuff done , we have a great webmaster , a person devoted to viral marketing , etc. But we really dont know what we are doing outside of Brazil. I am CERTAIN that we have a gold mine but am not sure how to mine it. If anyone out there is willing to brainstorm with me , then lets do it !
We have experience in our area - adult entertainment - just not online. If someone out there would like. to speak with me about what they would do if the site were theirs I would be willing to enter into collaboration with them allowing them full use of all of the resources that I have.
Likewise I have incredible Brazilian traffic that I know that I should be making more with.

We have outstanding traffic in Brazil. We own all of the content that you see there - which is all pretty much softcore .
We sell advertising space to escort models here and are doing quite well .
In Portuguese we are top ranked , had an EXCELLENT SEO JOB done for us ( I will give anyone his email if you want it ) and we are doing well with relevant keywords in English .
But where we get about 10 K unique visitors a day in Portuguese , we get only about 500 unique in English.
Afterall the only real use that we are in English are what we are in Portuguese - pictures and phone numbers and not everyone that surfs it is going to be planning a trip here, lol .
We are even getting nice bids for local advertisers here in Brazil. So I have the CLASSE part down. But I am flopping with the CLASSY part.
Well , I am learning as I go.
I am open to anyone that is serious and can present to me some good ideas of what they would do if they had this site . How they would make money . I am willing to collaborate with anyone that is willing to join me at the helm on the CLASSY side.
We are doing a lot right in Portuguese but just cant get it moving in English. I am willing to totally repackage the content for non Brazilian Market if thats what it takes. I know I have a gold mine, I am just not mining it properly.
