I've had good luck with the webcams on AdultWebmasterEmpire. The live video banners are awesome.
Signup here (my affiliate link) and choose 'promo tools', click rev-share (because webcams hold people like crazy), and then choose 'live feeds' or I-frame.
The ability to show LIVE video of a real person/couple is very effective.
