This is definitely worth using if you plan to submit to blog directories.

Ive been using this submitter for awhile now and just started testing the 'smart linking' feature.

It hasn't been long enough to actually say its good or bad but when you submit to all, you get a decent traffic rush - smart linking, not so much but you get the indirect links.

Guess we'll see when google trusts my site.
