Lots of us are using some part of english content (banners, headers, etc.) because french sponsors don't have (or maybe so few and bad quality) content (free content for promo tools).
So for FS we need to look for english sponsors and maybe sometimes paysites and banners are in english => and it doesn't make monney
We are working for that and things are changing. I just started making FS and LL 1 years ago : our french FS/LL market is not fully mature it's coming.
For example I was using some english FHFS for my LL because their is too few of them in french. And webmasters are doing their own affiliate program including FHFS (1 our 2) it's a ridiculous number but without anything else ...

I would just add : english FS is not the only templates we could exchange of course ! German, spanish etc... are welcome.
