It's up to you. I take few thousand in epassporte for various reasons such as paying hosting, buying content and I have an ATM card from them so I can grab cash from time to time as well.
To answer your other question about sponsors and epassporte. You have to signup for an epassporte account and THAT is what you put in the signup forms asking for epassporte account name/email. Just putting "yourlogin"@epassporte does NOT work!!!
