Thats the fastest way to get banned. If the link list / tgp owner yould like to use free hostes galleries he'd use the ones with his affiliate id.

First you would need your own site (link list, tgp, blog or whatever) that actually has some traffic and then list the sites.
I cant really think of any other way to use them
