While I haven't tried it, I doubt I would. Here's why.

I'm not a morphing feed fan. The reason being is that in order to be affective you need a large synonym database but randomly changing words within a sentence does not ensure that what comes out doesn't loose some of its meanings. In other words, the post can come out sounding like a non-native english speaking person wrote it.

You can shift words and sentences around...Great now your posts will sound like they came directly from babblefish

While both these tricks might bring you more SE traffic, will that traffic really be valuable when the surfer actually starts reading your posts....I doubt it.

Also, how long do you think it will be before the SE's catch on to your little trick and when they do, you know they usually slap you hard for trying to fool them.

Even if they don't, your not gauranteed to not have duplicate content because how many other people are doing the same thing.

Also, the script claims that it can read any RSS feed. I've only ever found one script that can really do that with adult feeds and thats because it was written by an adult webmaster.

If you want a script that can do all RSSmagician can, plus more, give Blog Automater a try. You can download a fully functional trial version for free. The limitation is in the number of campaigns you can use.

If you want to buy it, it is considerably more expensive than the other program but you can have the recommendation of more than myself that it does do what it says. That's peace of mind.
