Same thing happened to me and I found out they had cancelled my account without writing me. I finally found a phone number to call them (I think off their whois info) and got the info (I had one signup one chargeback so my ratio sucked).
By the way, I didn't get the email saying I'd been cancelled for about a week....so if I hadn't of called, I never would have known. My guess is, same thing just happend to you.
