I think it's nasty. I don't want to see my cum and I certainly don't want to see some other guy's cum. I've always felt that it was one of two things. Either the men watching have some anger towards women or they're bisexual and seeing another man's cum excites them.
Personally I don't enjoy seeing a man's face or his cum.
