Whenever you're new to a board, it's best to get a feel for what is discussed in each forum before starting miscellaneous thread.
By the way, my father takes both creatine and various amino acids almost every day. But he also has NINE INDOOR CATS, so I don't think it's best to use him as a sane example of what is healthy, or not healthy, to do.
