Perhaps the difference is the AVS programs you're with, which I've never heard of. Do they allow you to add an affiliate program to your individual AVS sites so that others can promote them?
If your AVS site doesn't have its own affiliate program, it makes no sense to post in this forum about your new AVS site or to expect other webmasters to promote it. That's the source of confusion here.

Ah, mate, then it's my mistake! I thought that all AVS systems not allowing promotion are already dead for a long time
Of course, both
AE and
KlikAdult can be called not only AVS but affiliate programs themeselves, cause they allow webmasters not only to add their own sites but to promote any site in the system. In AE promoter of somebody's site receives 40% from sales and rebills (and that's quite well cause their rebills RULES

), in KlikAdult promoter receives straight $50 for signup. There are tens thousands of FHGs in both systems and lots of other promos
Hope now everything is clear, but indeed, name me AVS system where reselling of other sites isn't allowed. I thought even dinosaurs like ProAdult have it
