Morning..
Just working..waiting on my groceries to be delivered. spent the morning looking at B&B's for sale. One of my friends wants to buy one either in Oregon or Washington state so i'm helping her do her research. I'm trying to convince her to buy one in Westchester Co. that is only 1 hour from NYC. She's having none of it.
