They advertise 24/7 service, so I don't think the fact its a weekend should have any bearing on it, not since I explained what needed to be checked and done to fix the problem.
I spoke to one person at length trying to get things sorted, and in the end she gave up and said she would put in a support ticket for one of the techie manager types to look at, now by this point we had ruled out certain things and looked extensively through lots of places. And I would have thought this would be reflected in the support ticket she raised.
I was copied into what they received... "Some of my pages appear blank" that was it... naturally I assumed that was just one box that was filled in and that the complete form had far more information in it than that, so why was I then emailed by them to ask for more detailed information like "what pages"??
All fixed now though, still, not the point!!!
