I tried that and all I get is the
affiliate ref. code and a link to get banners, but no webmaster ref. code. There are several like that. I've sent some e-mails to support at several sponsor's but this should be easier than it is. For example: sexysquirter.com has a link for webmasters to sign up at Squirt's Cash but no log in area to get webmaster ref. code.
