I'm not sure about Sexkey, but Freenetpass doesn't have enough traffic to make sense in 'feeding' large sites with it. Such a model worked several years ago, but not today.
The best way is to build few large sites on CyberAge or Netverifier and promote them on galleries, free sites and your own traffic resources.
