Here's my 2 cents worth of a tip -

Do whatever you want with the site, oriented at surfers. Add stories, build up a large collection over time (preferably sorted by categories). Use the chat rooms to build up a following. Consider having an interactive page on the site, where visitors can leave comments - maybe even a board (on your own domain and hosting - so you won't lose it again). A blog, down the road, could be a great section that allows for some user interaction.

Whatever you do - add a page to the site that says "recommended porn sites". Write up a blurb about how sometimes people need more than just stories, sometimes they need visuals, and say that you've taken the time to research these sites and you can recommend them. Then build up a list of sites, organized by niches, and offer your surfers links to no-pop-ups, no tricks, kind of tours for good sites. To avoid sign-ups scattered among too many sponsors (most of them have high minimum payouts), I would use CCBill sponsors only, to begin with. Just use a text link (with your affiliate code embedded) and a line or two of description, for each paysite that you're recommending.

I've have a similar site that originally had no nasty pictures on it. It had a mix of erotic stories and original articles about sex. The idea was "we respect you, the surfer, and provide quality adult entertainment". I also had a page of recommended porn sites (in a similar format to the above) and it had great conversion ratios (meaning it got sales to the porn sites, for which I got money).
