Foreclosures are just one of our options. Naturally it is a good time to be looking for them. We have bought and sold several homes over the years, so we are not green in this area. Good advice however.

Be careful when foreclosure shopping. I'm doing the same thing and wow, there are a lot of real messes out there. Get a good real estate agent to help you find the right home. There are definitely bargains, but there are also tons of money pits... |
