It's going to be one of those days...
Logged into my BofA account and see that someone has stolen my debit card number and is buying Epoch memberships with it so I call the bank and while I'm on hold I go to take a piss and drop my phone into the toilet.
Phone is washed and drying out in the sun with the battery removed. I'm on my way to BofA to get my temp debit card.
