As you know Emmy and I are heading to the UK in October for round three of the weddings and I used to use zoom airlines. Well yesterday they took a dump and closed up shop leaving thousands of people stranded all over the world!!
Luckily we booked via credit card and have managed to get the unused return ticket refunded although it may take a month or so for the money to appear in the account again. Now we have to find another flight for both of us and with the fuel price increases were looking at almost double the cost of my original ticket price.
If you happen to know of anyone who has tickets for zoom airlines tell them to talk to their credit card customer services asap to try and arrange a refund or they will never get their money back.
