I'd like to lose 10 to 15 pounds by the end of the year, so I'm also "unofficially in" - not in the contest, but I'll take advantage of it as a psychological aid.
Scale says 294 pounds - in my weak defense, I'm 6'5" and built big.
But, to show I'm still a fatass webmaster, I took up running this summer and have already lost maybe 10-15 pounds. Wasn't keeping track.
I'm surprised - I'm really enjoying the running. It's doing great things for my blood pressure, and making fucking way more athletic. And it's true what they say about the runners high.
