Pizza for dinner yesterday (delivery). Some Wheat Thins with pineapple cream cheese. Handful of gummi bears. Couple of cups of coffee and some pastry this morning. Just showered off the dirt and shaved some hair, and my weight is exactly what it was yesterday. Which is the same it's been for about a year now, the only fluctuation was one weekend with a bad stomach flu when I dropped fifteen pounds in 2 days. Probably going to have to change my diet (eat what I want whenever) or add some exercise to my day if the number is supposed to change. I mean, it is a contest, after all.
