This morning I have my usual on this eating plan, 1c frozen blueberries 4oz of yogurt, 12oz of soy milk and 2TB of ground flax seed, and 2 packets of splenda whipped in a blender. Tastes like blueberry ice cream.

Pizza is horrible food unless you order really thin crust, very high in carbs and very high in fat from the cheese.
