Step 1 only works if affiliate email doesn't go into the spam filter. If the issue is getting locked out of affiliate areas, then Step 2 usually won't work since sponsor boards are usually behind the affiliate password wall.
As an occasional angry basher (I'm 12-stepping it now - "My name is Lassiter and I am a basher.")
I do agree that a bit more professionalism on
all sides would be preferable.
