Yeah I noticed that too -- kinda funny
My reasons were basically that it was at the point that either you say goodbye to your dayjob and invest a lot of time into your empire (I must add I could have made a living off it), or you leave it to sit there as a "hobby" thing.
Since I wanted to do it right and at some point just didn't have the time for doing it propery I just let it all go and figured one day I'd get back to it.
