Two things I've noticed with all the walking that I've been doing for almost a month now. I had a doctor awhile back when I went in take my pulse while I was lying down, and it was 105. That is really high. He told me that if I can't bring it down, they might have to put me on beta blockers...which would be terrible since I have low blood pressure, it would drop that to the floor.
I asked how could I bring it down and he said start walking, build up to an hour a day.
Well took my blood pressure/pulse today and it is. 106/77 pulse 79 I've dropped my pulse almost 30 beats/minute at rest just by increasing my walking.

So I'm not terribly successful at the weight loss, but I'm rocking on the help your heart rest more.
Oh and the 2nd thing? I'm getting tan, lol.
