for years i did dieting counting the calories, now i do only low carb thing, still there are some issues with that, like the cholesterol thing (beats me how to write that in english, i just writed the word in dutch) and even you can drink alcohol low carb, still alcohol will keep pulling water from your body, if i drink diet coke with a low carb diet, i wont go to the toilet to pee as much when i drink just water, so a low carb diet does have issues and you have to watch them all, still with a low carb diet its handy you can switch to food you realy love or like,with calorie diet you cant, my food for day 3 will be for lunch a big piece of cheese, a boiled egg and a carrot, now boiled egg has no carb, if you have the right cheese it will have no carb too, only the carrot has a little carb thing say like 0.4gr, you have to eat the carrot because carrots will lower your cholersterol,also tomatoes do the same thing, so i get for calories about 450 inside my body, only for lunch, but for carb i get nothing, and you need the carbs for energy, so with a low carb diet and moving your butt, the kilos will fly away

And because i am still a bit upset about my grandma, i am moving my butt all day, i maybe sit on my fat ass one hour a day.......i have to get rid off my .........name it bad energy and then this is the right time to loose some weight and energy and i am painting and redecorating my ass off
