Thanks Red, my hubby gave me a nice tip, he told me to put the weight i lost in sugar in a bag and if i get down and think i need to eat like a pig, then i should grab the bag with sugar to feel how much weight i already lost and if i want that weight back again by loosing my controle over my diet. I also will give myself a reward for loosing the weight, tomorrow morning i am gonna make myself a nice turkey sandwich with mayo for breakfast....Stu<---- cant wait for tomorrow...but has too:
