It doesnt matter the amound, you did manage to loose some weight, and thats something to be proud of!

I went to fast (that isnt good), so i will slow down the next weeks but i am gonna train my body more, now the big issue for me will be next week, i will go for a holiday for 5 days, i wont cook myself, it will be going out every eve for diner and even breakfast wil be delivered everyday at my door, after that week i will post again a pic of my weight, i hope myself i can keep controle over it, the good thing is, i will be swimming everyday (stu <--loves swimming, specially in hot water

) and will do some sports like tennis (Stu<-- hates tennis because she is not good at it

) jogging etc etc, my kids go snowboarding, i was doubting to do the same, but i dont want broken bones
