First LOR is a Link List not a TGP.
TGP's and LL's are not required to have it because they only link to the pages. If you read the fine print at the bottom of most you will see that it says they are NOT responsible for the links.
It only comes into play if you build a site or gallery with content where the subject/model age comes into question. HTH
