1- Make a decision. You want a warning page or you don't?
The combined page is too awkward. I'm really unclear on what is and what isn't legal concerning this.
Do we or do we not need a warning? I can't find a clear answer on this. I do agree that my warning is too big but I'm not comfortable with removing it completely.

2- You have an active link to the header jpg? (sexysaschalogalg.jpg) Lose it or at least link to something that pays.

This stuff about "considered to be legal..." considered by who? Have you been to court already?
It's real nice that you have stated your opinion on illegal porn and that you have zero tolerance, but the question that remains to be answered is: does a judge or jury have tolerance for what you are doing?
Until that question is answered stop trying to apologize for what you are doing and go at full speed ahead.
Your opinion has no weight in a court of law against the background of your actions.

Again, the link to the jpg was a mistake so thanks. As for the rest, I think my choice of content basically speaks for itself. So, I would agree that the extra text is not necessary.

5-What's with the frames? Not necessary, just put up the thumbs above the text links and lure the surfer with just enough action to make him or her want more. Point the way to more with a good sales pitch and hope they click and convert.
Well, this will evolve as I gather more content but it is actually the one thing for which I've actually received positive (feedback from all five of my regulars/friends) hahahaha Anyway for now, the frames help me keep it simple.
