The general idea to get traffic to that page is to NOT submit that page to LL's but place links to bobsblowjobs.com on the FOUR page freesites you make.
So in general you build a bobsblowjobs.com/freesite/ that you submit to the LL's. And through links on those freesites you promote your main site and other sponsors.

Thank you. That's what I thought and what I was doing... just my freesites don't have the standard layout. Just trying to simplify...
I like the idea of putting a big picture of you on my main page. Would probably generate more traffic
