Dollpix lost me when she 'disagreed' with my statement regarding social sites. I said there weren't any around 10-15 years ago to which she snottily replied I was wrong and went on to explain how she met her husband on one and blah blah blah... But ummmm.... I was talking about sites like myspace and no, the masses were not on 'user groups' and teenagers weren't posting questionable photos and video of themselves ten years ago. Apples and oranges my dear....
Yeah- there were user groups on my college 'Gopher' system but not only could I not post photos of myself, I also couldn't stream video- Oh yeah, and I had to go to the computer lab to use it- anyone else have to use the University of Minnesota Gopher system? I miss it- I'd like to make my blog look like that
