Do you define 'best' as the most traffic or the best conversions? Yes it does make a difference. PA price also factors in.
I just ran my stats for last month. In terms of traffic, the
best TGP partner accounts still available to the public on my list is
worldsex/al4a
pinkworld
shemp
richards-realm
I hand submit to about 20 TGPs, so YMMV. I didn't list thehun because you don't need a partner account there.
