Samport is a solid company in Sweden, 20 employees, annual turnover 10,6 million sek (1.2m euro) last year. So Zombaio is registered in the US, banking made in Cyrus and operated from Sweden.
All thoose offices on their homepage are probably unmanned and forwarded to Sweden.

Zambaio previously did processing for gambling. They said their anti-fraud processes were solid as a result of this which meant the CC companies trusted them.
They were also saying they would eat the $750 Visa fee in order to attract new webmasters. They said they'd process for Canadians but didn't give further detail.
