The redirects were due to losing all my site files when I was in the hospital. The 404s. The templates is probably legit and is likely the current reason. I use different templates but not enough I guess. I recall you saying something about not wanting the same template submitted more than once per month.
I thought that one reason might have been that the email address I used to submit the sites in September and October of last year is no longer valid. I have since moved.
Also, I have owned this domain for over 10 years and outside of the rash of submissions made in September and october, I had not submitted a site to your LL probably since 2002 or so. There have been a few times where my server was down for 24 hours so maybe your spider couldn't find a recip.
If I was a scammer, I would not be submitting sites on a domain that was blacklisted and would probably be going through a proxy, neither of which i would ever do, which hopefully will tell you something about me. But I understand that trust is a difficult thing to earn in this business and I guess you really don't know me from adam.
