i mean I don't know how much traffic you are getting, but personally I'd hold on to it...
maybe go to a partner only situation with it... where unless it's someone from the board or someone you KNOW you can trust don't accept links.
or let people know they are going into a queue that is iffy that it will get reviewed in any sort of timely manner.
Just to have spent so much time building the site up I think it would be hard to get rid of. In the long run if properly added to I'd have a hard time believing you are going to get someone to buy it for a better price.
