I guess some will, some won't - maybe find a non Finnish bank - at 11 Euro a check I would be looking

My banks here charge 10 CHF (8 $U.S) per check, the German bank 7 CHF, and the manager told me only 2 weeks ago he would be willing to negotiate on the 7.
