What happens if you use a different name server in your network settings?
Try
205.152.0.5
This one belongs to bellsouth. If you know some proxy servers you could also try that. Mac users use NetShade, don't know if something like that exists for the PC. It's great for seeing what surfers see coming from other counties or getting around router issues.

Also if it was me I would try turning off my cable modem for 10 minutes or so. Also as I said in an earlier post I would try deleting out my network settings, restarting, then adding them back in.

Also I know that PC users like to run Firewalls like Norton System Works that can cause problems. Try turning off all your security stuff and see if the problem goes away.
