Just looked out my window and there is a whole fleet of AT&T trucks in front of my house.
I was told by the AT&T line tech the other day that I have really old copper and that fiber has been laid up to the Gallery Mall which is one mile south of me.
Comcast cable is my only other choice and it goes down for hours at a time a few days a week or for weeks at a time after a hurricane so even if I do have Comcast put back in I would still need to leave DSL in as a backup which is what I was doing.
