On Mark's and to a certain extent Jays (he has a bigger ban list than me)
It really depends on how much I add to the ban list.
Some days it can be 50% but I'd have to say 20-30% is average for me, and a bit higher for Jays.
If I could ban sponsor content submits - LOL
