I'm starting my link list shortly and was wondering if I should keep it "general" for now then add categories later or whether I should wait until I have enough sites to list in each category.

The thing is that the LL is all ready broken down to one niche.

It's a fetish niche (no other niches involved)

Should I start it with all fetishes listed together or separate it into categories; feet, smoking, goth, vinyl, bondage, punk, lingerie, etc.
