My point is that your screen cap says you're getting paid TODAY. So if you get paid via check, you can't really complain until late next week if you don't get paid. If it's something like ePassporte, you can't really complain until Monday (next business day)
To be honest with you, my guess is that support didn't contact you because you're asking a question that you know the answer to.
