I have always emailed webmasters to notify of refusal reasons and most have fixed and resubmitted...
I've also been lucky to have a bunch of good quality regular submitters...
All of which has meant I could approve up to 95%..... until recently
Autosubmitters, webmasters who don't read the emails and keep submitting sites with the same errors, non-english speaking, mis-spelling, template abusing, cp using, dickheads have forced me to finally create a banlist and it's growing - fast - lol
These last few days I've been refusing at least 50% and that seems to be the norm lately
