Actually I seem to recall some case where that telling somebody where to get something
illegal(eg. - c.p.) was ruled not protected a little while back by some upper court. I'll see if I can dig up the reference.
The basic rules of law would put them in the conspiracy/accessory categories for enabling an illegal activity.
