I read about the SkyStream that my town uses in Mother Earth News magazine I get, and its supposed to be one of the quieter ones. I'm lucky too when we can finally get to one, I don't have neighbors on either side of me.

This is what Ed Begley Jr. used on his home in CA, which looks to have neighbors pretty close by. Might want to check it out too.
