If you build 10 fs before submitting and on each of them you make the same mistakes then this will be a waste of time.You write that you never build them.
Build one , post
here and be sure that many webmasters ( link owners ) will give you a few good tips what should be fixed / corrected.
After three or four submitted fs you know better what you doing.
