I don't go out of my way to mask what I do, though I am not as "out" about it as some on my flist (who regularly post things like "I'm watching [porny title here] - another day filled with porn!" or "JIZZ ON MY FACE live chat tonight at [time]! WATCH ME TAKE A LOAD" as their status updates).

If someone asks, I tell 'em. If they don't, I don't sweat it. It's generally pretty PG for me, but there's not a real effort to hide for me - though I will keep it on the DL if I post on someone's wall or whatever.
