Done, we actually pulled 5 more teeth in the procedure, two were planned as they were immediate implant replacements....but two were lower wisdom teeth that were turning inwards due to the missing second molars, so we decided to put larger implants in the 2nd molar holes and carry a bigger crown on them, but my upper molars were dropping abit so we pulled those two and did immediate implants there two.
So all told today I had 5 pulled (two were good teeth that he had a pisser time getting out but I decided to implant there instead of crowns for cosmetic reasons), 8 implants, 4 quadrant root planing, a skin graph from my pallate to a section of gum, and an awful lot of stiches...lmao
