TeenCash has mobile paysites, but not much for mobile content. Cool teen niche sites though
TopBucks has mobile sites, mobile-specific banners and rss feeds you can use for your mobile site. They have made a real big push into mobile.
There are some wordpress related mobile plugins and themes, but in the end, I just used .htaccess so my .mobi site would have a mobile site for mobile and a regular site for computers. This is how it tuned out.
