Good morning. I think if we ever need to replace ours, I'm going to install a "just in time" water heater and switch from gas to electric. That way we can just turn the Gas off for 8 months of the year and not pay them $40 just for the privilege of being their customer every month. The actual gas is extra of course.

I hear that with the new anti-global warming bills in congress, gas and electric will cost 70% more in 5 years because of carbon taxes. That will make for another nice recession.
